Jesse obtained a B.A. in Communications in 1982 from Penn State University. In 1985 he obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University. Jesse is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, as well as the U.S. DistrictCourt for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Parent of autistic son, Edward, born 1957. President, Autism Society of Pittsburgh,1996-present. Secretary, Autism Society of Pennsylvania, 1999-present. Member (10-term president), Board of Trustees, Western Center and Mayview Mental Retardation Unit, 1976-2001. Secretary, Parents Group, Western Center, 1967-2002.

Mary Wildman
Vice President
Mary lives in Evans City, PA with her husband, Davy and their two sons, Lucas and Nickolas. Lucas is a typical 26 year old graduate of Washington & Jefferson College (undergraduate) and Carlow University (graduate program). Nickolas, 24 years old, has autism and graduated from Pressley Ridge School for Autism in 2017.

Carrie Todd
Director of Planning and Development
Carrie lives in Butler with her husband David and their son Aidan. Aidan is a 23–year high functioning young man on the autism spectrum. Aidan has two part–time competitive jobs in Butler that he enjoys. The Todd’s also have two daughters, Clarissa and Madeline, both of who are married,and each have two children of their own.

Shannon Agnotti
Accountant
Shannon is the book-keeper for the Autism Society of Pittsburgh. She has been a freelance book-keeper since 2015 and prior to that was a book-keeper for her family’s printing company – Specialty Printing Inc since 1992. She also has a paralegal degree.
