Jesse obtained a B.A. in Communications in 1982 from Penn State University. In 1985 he obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University. Jesse is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, as well as the U.S. DistrictCourt for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Member (10-term president), Board of Trustees, Western Center and Mayview MentalRetardation Unit, 1976-2001. Secretary, Parents Group, Western Center, 1967-2002.
Mary lives in Evans City, PA with her husband, Davy and their two sons, Lucas and Nickolas. Lucas is a typical 22 year old college student who graduated from Washington & Jefferson College last spring and is currently taking graduate courses at Carlow University. Nickolas, 21 years old, has autism and is a student at Pressley Ridge School for Autism.

Kimberly lives in Zelienople with her husband Jeff. They movedhere,with their family, from Erie, PA seventeenyears ago. They have 3 children(Amanda, Preston,and Julia)and 4 grandchildren. Their youngest daughter Julia is 27 years old and has DownSyndrome. She attends LifeSteps Transitions Program, is employed at Super Styles and lives in a supported home with her roommate in Zelienople

Carrie lives in Butler with her husband David and their son Aidan. Aidan is a 23–year high functioning young man on the autism spectrum. Aidan has two part–time competitive jobs in Butler that he enjoys. The Todd’s also have two daughters, Clarissa and Madeline, both of who are married,and each have two children of their own.
Michele Waibel, our SPEAK Program Coordinator, has an MBA from Clarion University and a BSBA in accounting from Robert Morris University. Michele has more than 20 years of accounting experience, including over 9 years as an accounting manager for the paratransit program of the Port Authority of Allegheny County. She worked as our accountant and CFO from 2011–2016 and now helps with our SPEAK Programand related Allegheny County contract, our monthly newsletter, and events and other items as needed. In addition to the work she does for the Autism Society of Pittsburgh, she is currently the assistant controller for a local property management company and provides freelance accounting and payroll services to small businesses.
